Now that school has started back up the Hellgate clubs have returned! Clubs and sports are a great way to make new friends, and have a blast. There are a large assortment of clubs ranging, from sports like curling, to a way to relax and spend time doing the things you enjoy like robotics club. There’s something for everyone at Hellgate. Here’s a list of some of the most popular clubs available right now and where they meet.

Art club, days to be announced at lunch in room 338

Band, multiple days in room B100

Drama, multiple days in the auditorium

Indigenous student union, Thursdays at lunch in room 254

Key club, every Thursday in room 238

Model United Nations, Fridays at lunch in the Knight Hall

Orchestra, multiple days in room B100

Student Government, Wednesdays at lunch in the Knight Hall

SAVE club, every other Thursday at lunch in room 387

In addition to clubs, a lot of the sports started in August but not all of them. Starting in November, boys and girls basketball, wrestling and swimming start. In March, fastpitch, tennis and track all start. The sports currently going on can still be joined but tryouts already happened, so don’t expect to get on a varsity team.
