Best Ways to Procrastinate Before a Test
Studying doesn’t sound appealing? Don’t worry, procrastination is here to save you! Procrastination; the action of delaying or postponing something. More commonly known as saving ALL assignments for the last minute because you don’t want to do them at the time you know you should be.
Nothing about homework comes across as fun, so, when it comes time to do homework, the brain freezes, and nothing gets done except for eating food, watching tv, online shopping.
We asked a few students at Hellgate what they thought the best ways to procrastinate are. Audrey Kurz, a sophomore, says she likes to “(watch) Netflix, nap, watch Tik Toks, and eat.” We 100% agree with Audrey! Eating endless amounts of food, sleeping, watching Netflix, and making Tik Toks is the only option! We think that most people would agree with Audrey’s point. So just to be safe, we asked a few more people; Ray O’Connell agreed with eating food, and Bennett Mosley agreed with eating food and watching shows along with making Tik Toks.
So there you have it. If you are not feeling like doing any homework at the moment, we have options for you. Yes, of course, there are other options for procrastination like being active, going to the gym, biking, hiking, running, swimming, or playing a sport. There is also coloring, knitting, sewing, and even coaching! There are so many options for you to choose from. Don’t get yourself too carried away but there are always other options than getting your homework done when you are supposed to! Maybe eventually work your way to what is supposed to get done.
