Popsicle Recipes

As summer begins, the temperature is increasing, it is nice to have snacks that also cool you down. An easy thing to make at home are popsicles, either in a cup or a popsicle holder. This snack is easy, cheap, yummy, and cold. Here is a list of my favorite popsicle recipes.

 

Vanilla Yogurt Funfetti Popsicles

Ingredients

  • 2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup rainbow sprinkles

 

  1. Combine the yogurt, almond milk, and vanilla extract, and rainbow sprinkles.
  2. Put the mixture in a popsicle mold (or a paper cup with a popsicle stick if you don’t have a popsicle mold).
  3. Insert popsicle sticks and then freeze for at least 6 hours.

 

Peanut Butter Banana Creamsicle

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar (or white sugar)
  • 2 ripe bananas (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
  1. Combine coconut milk and sugar and mix until sugar dissolves.
  2. Pour into a blender and combine with all the other ingredients.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Put the mixture in a popsicle mold (or a paper cup with a popsicle stick if you don’t have a popsicle mold).
  5. Insert popsicle sticks and then freeze for at least 6 hours.

 

Piña Colada Popsicle

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar (or white sugar)
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 Tbs of lime juice (optional)
  1. Combine coconut milk and sugar and mix until sugar dissolves.
  2. Pour into a blender and combine with all the other ingredients.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Put the mixture in a popsicle mold (or a paper cup with a popsicle stick if you don’t have a popsicle mold).
  5. Insert popsicle sticks and then freeze for at least 6 hours.
